Cancelation Policy for Booking

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled visit cost.

If you do not provide any cancellation notice prior to your appointment start time, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled visit cost.

A credit card is required at the time of booking for all services. Your card details will be used in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy. By providing your credit card at the time of booking, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of the cancellation policy and understand that in the event that you do not provide the required notice, your card on file will be charged and you will receive notice of this charge from the salon.

With a background rooted in customer service and communication, Lindsey has a natural gift for connection. A graduate of NC State University, she brings both professionalism and personality to everything she does—balancing organization with a joyful, human touch that can’t be taught.

Originally from Harrellsville, NC, Lindsey’s Southern roots shine through in her hospitality and charm. Outside of the salon, she enjoys time with her cat Bunny, lakeside walks, thrifting adventures, and being with the people she loves most.
