Things to Know About Triniti Salon POLICIES

Cancellation

We know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago, so our appointments are confirmed both seven and five days in advance via email and telephone. We understand that life events may occur that keep you from keeping your scheduled appointment, so we ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. When you forget or fail to cancel your appointment without giving adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since this time is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card on file. Please understand that our stylists’ time is valuable. If you miss your appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice, you will be charged half the cost of the missed service(s). Failure to honor an appointment without any notice will result in a full service charge. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the servies or gift certificates and are always appreciated. Our stylists will graciously accept your gratuity in the form of cash or a personal check. Due to high processing fees, we no longer accept credit card gratuities. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Product Exchange

Our goal is to send you home with the products that work best to maintain your individual hair type and style. We guarantee all of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way, we will happily exchange your product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be gently used. Hair brushes cannot be exchanged due to health regulations.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates in any amount from $10. They are not redeemable for cash and do not include gratuities. They expire 18 months from purchase date and you must present them at time of service.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee our work, because we want you to walk out of our salon feeling fabulous and totally satisfied with our services. If you’re unhappy with any service, please let us know and we will happily make adjustments. They must be completed within 14 days of original service.

Children’s Services

At Triniti Salon, we are happy to accommodate children and welcome them to enjoy the salon experience. Please note that we do not offer separate children’s pricing, as all services are provided with the same professional care and attention to detail.

Now serving as Guest Services Manager, Lindsey leads with heart, creating an experience where every guest feels seen, welcomed, and truly cared for.

With a background rooted in customer service and communication, Lindsey has a natural gift for connection. A graduate of NC State University, she brings both professionalism and personality to everything she does—balancing organization with a joyful, human touch that can’t be taught.

Originally from Harrellsville, NC, Lindsey’s Southern roots shine through in her hospitality and charm. Outside of the salon, she enjoys time with her cat Bunny, lakeside walks, thrifting adventures, and being with the people she loves most.
