Ultimate Smooth and Repair

What’s the difference between Wella’s Ultimate Smooth and Ultimate Repair treatments?

Both are premium deep-conditioning treatments, but they target different concerns. Ultimate Smooth tames frizz, adds shine, and softens coarse or unruly hair—perfect for guests craving sleekness and control. Ultimate Repair goes deeper, using peptide and bond-building technology to restore internal strength, reduce breakage, and heal damaged strands.

Can I combine Smooth and Repair in the same visit?

Yes! If your hair needs both smoothing and strengthening, your stylist may customize a treatment that blends the benefits of both. We’ll assess your hair during your consultation and tailor it to give you the best of both worlds.

How long do the results last?

Most guests enjoy results for up to 4–6 washes, depending on hair type, home care, and how often you shampoo. For lasting benefits, we recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo and incorporating Wella’s take-home care products between treatments.

Hard Water Wellness

What does the Hard Water Wellness Treatment do?

This treatment gently removes mineral buildup—like calcium, iron, and copper—that can leave hair feeling dry, dull, or discolored. It restores softness and shine while helping your hair better absorb color and moisture.

How do I know if I need this treatment?

If your hair feels coated, rough, discolored, or won’t hold color well—and you have well water or live in an area with hard water—you’re likely a great candidate. Guests often notice an immediate difference in manageability and vibrancy after just one treatment.

How often should I get a Hard Water Treatment?

For best results, we recommend it every 4–6 weeks if you’re regularly exposed to hard or well water. It’s also a great prep before any blonding or color service to ensure even, long-lasting results.

Swimmers Wellness

What does the Swimmers Wellness Treatment do?

This treatment removes chlorine, copper, and other pool or ocean contaminants that can cause hair to feel dry, brittle, or appear greenish or dull. It restores softness, shine, and manageability—while preventing further damage from future swims.

Is this just for competitive swimmers?

Not at all! It’s ideal for anyone who swims regularly—whether you’re a lap swimmer, a beach lover, or just enjoying the pool on weekends. It’s also great for kids with light or blonde hair who are prone to green tones after swimming.

How often should I get it?

We recommend this treatment after every few swims or at least once a month during swim season to keep your hair healthy, hydrated, and chlorine-free.

K18 Molecular Repair

How is K18 different from other bond builders?

K18 works at the keratin chain level, going deeper than traditional bond builders to reverse damage from color, bleach, heat, and chemical services. It only takes 4 minutes to activate and doesn’t need to be rinsed—making it fast, effective, and long-lasting.

How long do the results last?

With proper home care, results can last up to 3–4 washes or longer. For guests with significant damage, we recommend a series of treatments for best results and maintenance with K18’s take-home mask.

Olaplex No.1 Add On “Blonding Insurance”

What is Olaplex No.1 and why is it added to my color?

Olaplex No.1 is a powerful bond-building additive that we mix into your color or lightener to protect and rebuild your hair during the process. It prevents breakage and strengthens strands as they’re being chemically treated—making it essential for maintaining healthy hair while going lighter.

Can I get Olaplex No.1 without doing a color service?

No. Olaplex No.1 is only used during chemical services like coloring or blonding. If you’re looking for deep repair on its own, we recommend the Olaplex No.1 & No.2 Intensive Treatment instead.

Olaplex No.1 + No.2 Intensive Treatment

What’s the difference between the full Olaplex treatment and the No.1 Add-On?

The Olaplex Intensive Treatment (No.1 + No.2) is a stand-alone, two-step service that repairs hair internally without any color service. It’s ideal for hair that’s been previously compromised and needs strength, softness, and shine restored.

When should I get this treatment?

Anytime your hair feels weak, dry, over-processed, or lacks shine, this treatment is a great reset. It’s also a smart choice before major color corrections or between lightening sessions to keep your hair strong and healthy.

Curls Moisture Bake

What is the Curls Moisture Bake Treatment and what does it do?

This heat-activated treatment is designed to deeply hydrate, strengthen, and define natural curls. It uses botanical ingredients like babassu oil, cocoa butter, and amaranth protein to restore elasticity, reduce frizz, and leave curls soft, bouncy, and full of moisture.

Curl Partner Wellness Remedy

What is the Curl Partner Treatment and what does it do?

This 100% vegan treatment gently removes product buildup, minerals, and environmental impurities that can weigh curls down or cause frizz. It revives natural curl pattern, enhances definition, and promotes a healthier scalp—making curls feel light, fresh, and full of bounce.

Is this a conditioning treatment or a detox?

It’s primarily a detox treatment, designed to clear away everything that’s preventing your curls from thriving. While it does leave hair feeling softer, it’s often followed by a moisture or protein treatment (like our Triniti Curls Revival or Miracle Repair) for best results.

When should I get the Curl Partner Treatment?

We recommend it before a curl transformation, color service, or re-shaping cut, or anytime your curls feel dull, undefined, or weighed down. It’s also a great reset between protective styles or after exposure to hard water or heavy styling products.

Clear Glossing and High Gloss Rinse

What’s the difference between the Clear Glossing Treatment and the High Gloss Rinse?

The Clear Glossing Treatment is a demi-permanent gloss that smooths the cuticle, adds long-lasting shine, and subtly enhances color vibrancy. The High Gloss Rinse is a quick, non-chemical shine boost that adds a light-reflective finish in minutes—ideal for touch-ups between color services or after a blowout.

Will either of these treatments change my hair color?

Nope! Both are colorless and ammonia-free. The Clear Glossing Treatment enhances shine and revives tone (especially after blonding), but it doesn’t deposit or alter your existing color. The High Gloss Rinse simply adds a mirror-like finish.

How long do the results last?

The Clear Glossing Treatment lasts about 4–6 weeks, depending on how often you shampoo. The High Gloss Rinse is more of a short-term boost—perfect for an event, photos, or a quick refresh—and lasts about 1–2 washes.

Can I add these treatments to a haircut or color service?

Absolutely! Both are available as add-ons to any haircut, blowout, or color service. The Clear Glossing Treatment is often recommended after color to lock in shine and tone, while the High Gloss Rinse is ideal when you just want a quick glow-up without the processing time.

Originally from Nepal, Radhika grew up surrounded by a large, close-knit family before moving to the United States with her husband in 2019. Today, she's the proud mother of two young children and recently graduated from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, beginning a career she's dreamed of building with heart and purpose.

Radhika loves creating layered cuts, short styles, and beautiful highlights, and she's excited to continue expanding her skills in extensions and advanced color. She believes every day is an opportunity to learn something new, and that passion for growth is one of the reasons Triniti immediately felt like home.

When she first visited the salon, she was drawn to the warmth of the team and the commitment to education—qualities she values deeply. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Eun brings both grace and precision to everything she does. After moving from Princeton, New Jersey to North Carolina with her husband and four children, she followed her passion for beauty by graduating from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill and earning her cosmetology license.

Eun loves the artistry of haircutting—from timeless bobs and soft layers to pixie cuts and men's styles—approaching each service with patience, intention, and meticulous attention to detail. Bio

Some people discover their passion. Paige has been living hers for as long as she can remember. From braiding Barbie dolls' hair as a little girl to earning her cosmetology license before graduating high school, she's always known she wanted to help people see the beauty in themselves.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Paige recently moved to Cary to be closer to family and quickly found a home at Triniti. She loves creating dimensional blondes, vivid colors, and dramatic color corrections, but what excites her most is watching someone's confidence return the moment they catch their reflection.

For Paige, every appointment begins with listening. She believes beautiful hair starts with understanding the person sitting in her chair.

Amber Bethea brings a heartfelt passion for people and hair to everything she does. Originally from Vermont and now calling North Carolina home, Amber’s journey in the beauty industry feels like destiny—having grown up surrounded by a family of stylists, her love for hair has been a lifelong calling.

A graduate of Empire Beauty School with advanced certifications in Masters of Balayage and Danger Jones Elite, Amber specializes in vivids, lived-in blonding, and rich reds—creating color that feels expressive, effortless, and uniquely you.
