Bio

Born and raised in Baltimore, Ella is the youngest of five and comes from a big, close-knit family—including five nieces and three nephews who keep life full and joyful. Family and love are at the center of who she is, and that warmth carries into everything she does.

Ella is a graduate of The Beauty School and holds an extension certification. She loves working with highlights and lowlights, extensions, and men’s cuts, and is dedicated to helping every guest feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Her love for beauty started at a young age and naturally led her into this career, where she believes everyone deserves to feel loved, seen, and celebrated.

Outside the salon, Ella enjoys going to the gym, shopping, and—unsurprisingly—still doing hair whenever she can, whether it’s creating cute blowouts for her nieces and sisters or practicing new techniques. Her passion for hair, positive energy, and eagerness to learn make her a wonderful addition to the Triniti Salon family.

Now serving as Guest Services Manager, Lindsey leads with heart, creating an experience where every guest feels seen, welcomed, and truly cared for.

With a background rooted in customer service and communication, Lindsey has a natural gift for connection. A graduate of NC State University, she brings both professionalism and personality to everything she does—balancing organization with a joyful, human touch that can’t be taught.

Originally from Harrellsville, NC, Lindsey’s Southern roots shine through in her hospitality and charm. Outside of the salon, she enjoys time with her cat Bunny, lakeside walks, thrifting adventures, and being with the people she loves most.
