It’s important to match guests with the stylists who love performing the services the guest is looking for. By doing this, we set ourselves up to create the most tailored and unique experience for THAT specific guest to the absolute best of our ability. Why book a curly-hair guest with the stylists that don’t love working with curls, when we have so many stylists here that do! It also makes the guest feel appreciated and valued, instead of feeling like just another head of hair in our chairs.
