Originally from Nepal, Radhika grew up surrounded by a large, close-knit family before moving to the United States with her husband in 2019. Today, she's the proud mother of two young children and recently graduated from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, beginning a career she's dreamed of building with heart and purpose.

Radhika loves creating layered cuts, short styles, and beautiful highlights, and she's excited to continue expanding her skills in extensions and advanced color. Originally from Northern Virginia, Paige recently moved to Cary to be closer to family and quickly found a home at Triniti. Born in Chicago, raised in the U.S., and proud of her Palestinian roots, Filsteen is also bilingual in English and Arabic, making her a thoughtful and inclusive communicator.

She’s known for her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with grace—balancing schedules, multitasking with ease, and making guests feel truly valued. Filsteen is especially drawn to Triniti’s eco-conscious and service-driven values, which align beautifully with her own.

Family and love are at the center of who she is, and that warmth carries into everything she does. Ella is a graduate of The Beauty School and holds an extension certification. She loves working with highlights and lowlights, extensions, and men’s cuts, and is dedicated to helping every guest feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Her love for beauty started at a young age and naturally led her into this career, where she believes everyone deserves to feel loved, seen, and celebrated. Outside the salon, Ella enjoys going to the gym, shopping, and—unsurprisingly—still doing hair whenever she can, whether it’s creating cute blowouts for her nieces and sisters or practicing new techniques. She loves spending her time creating art and music, and being surrounded by friends and family who inspire her creativity. Currently a cosmetology student at Wake Tech, Tatum will be graduating in May and is excited to continue learning and growing alongside the Triniti Salon team. There’s something special about Caeley—the way she makes people feel instantly welcome, like you’ve known her for years. Watch out tho, she’s now chasing her dream at Wake Tech, working toward her cosmetology license and associate degree.

Her love for hair started young—think middle school science experiments with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, followed by daily color changes using markers (yes, really!). These days, that creativity shines through in the way she colors wigs for theater and brings joy to everyone she meets.

Whether she’s sewing, fishing, or going to concerts, Caeley is all about creating beauty and connection. Her favorite place in the world? Lake Gaston—her “happy place”—where she finds peace, inspiration, and plenty of time for catfishing with her boyfriend. Ariah is a self-proclaimed arts-and-crafts lover, pastel-hair enthusiast, and the proud sister in the middle of three girls.

With a passion for vivid hair color (pink is her go-to!) and a dream to make others feel confident and empowered, Ariah is headed to cosmetology school and gearing up to join our Associate Program.
