A Note From Sharon
There are moments that change you. Not the big, loud, fireworks kind — but the kind that arrives quietly, gently, like a whisper reminding you why you do what you do.

A few weeks ago, I received a message from a guest. She had visited Triniti last September, and I had the honor of doing her hair — not knowing that just two months later, she would be diagnosed with brain cancer. What followed was a gift I never expected, but one I am incredibly grateful for.
She allowed me to see her at her most vulnerable, and in return, I was able to do what I believe hairdressers were born to do: hold space. Not just to cut or color hair, but to help someone feel human again. Beautiful again. Strong again.
In the time we spent together, we laughed, we cried, and we cherished those moments.
I cried again after reading the message she sent me. Not from sadness, but because I was reminded of what it’s really all about: real human connection.
From Helaine…
“….I’m feeling defeated. I was planning on shaving my head but called Sharon instead. On a busy Saturday afternoon, she dropped everything as a business owner and told me to come in and she would make it work.
As I sat in the chair, we cried together, and told stories, and laughed together. Not only did she do a cut and color on the hair I had left, but she also cut my wig so beautifully to blend in with my hair.
She made me feel so beautiful and genuinely gave me the extra strength I needed to keep up this fight….The love and patience and caring that they put into their work are shown to each & every client. But if you are a cancer patient, this would be a great place to get your cut.. They also have another angel who prayed over me for GOD to heal me. Her name is Madison. Getting a shampoo there is a total body experience. They are love and kindness and gentleness when you need it most.”
What we do here at Triniti matters deeply. And it’s not just me who feels this way. Every single stylist here has said the same thing when asked why they do hair:
“To make people feel beautiful… seen… safe… and known.”
It’s more than a job, and beauty is so much more than what you see in the mirror. It’s about connection — the kind that happens when someone truly sees you. It’s in the quiet, meaningful moments we share every day: a laugh, a story, a hug, or even a few tears in the chair.
These are the moments that stay with us. They remind us that behind every color, every cut, every style… there’s a person, a journey, and a heart.

To our guests — thank you for trusting us with more than just your hair. You may come in for a service, but you bring so much more.
To our team — this is what it looks like when you lead with heart. Thank you for showing up with open hearts, time and time again. Together, we create something far greater than beauty. We create belonging.
To Helaine — thank you for letting me be part of your story. You’ve changed mine.
There really are angels among us. I work with them every day.
and sometimes… they sit in our chairs. We just need to slow down enough to really see each other.. That is when the Magic happens
With love,
Sharon
