In the wake of Hurricane Helene, many of our neighbors in Western North Carolina are facing unimaginable loss. The storm has devastated entire communities, leaving homes destroyed, roads washed away, and families without access to basic necessities like power, water, or shelter. The urgency of this crisis is painfully clear (NC State Climate Office) (Wikipedia).

At Triniti Salon, we are committed to helping those affected by this disaster, and we’re calling on you, our cherished community, to take action. We have established a Relief Fund to directly support survivors in Western NC, ensuring they receive critical resources as they begin to rebuild their lives. In addition, we encourage you to donate essential items to drop-off sites supporting Hurricane Helene relief efforts.

Survivors urgently need basic supplies. You can drop off the following items at local collection sites:

• Non-perishable food (canned goods, rice, pasta)
• Water and water purification tablets
• Hygiene products (soap, toothpaste, feminine hygiene)
• Diaper (sizes from infant to toddler)
• Baby Formula
• Medical supplies and first aid kits

The Urgency of the Situation

Many roads remain impassable, and countless homes have been destroyed by mudslides, landslides, and flooding. Over 70,000 households are currently without access to clean water, and power outages continue to plague the region (WCNC) (NC Governor). Supplies are critically low, and relief workers are racing against the clock to provide survivors with life-saving aid.
